Requirements
- 2-4 years of project management experience with a track record of success.
- Specific healthcare and/or health plan industry experience required.
- Proficiency in project management techniques, concepts, and principles.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally and externally.
- Experience navigating Medicare and Medicaid external systems.
- High proficiency with Microsoft applications (SharePoint).
- Proficiency in Smartsheet.
- Ability to forecast project challenges and define solutions.
- Prior experience in PACE is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional healthcare projects, initiatives, and operational process improvements.
- Drive end-to-end work plans across domains such as enrollment, authorizations, claims, pharmacy, and network performance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource/timeline estimates.
- Coordinate project meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Track outcomes against operational metrics and escalate project barriers.
- Manage regulatory filings and compliance deliverables, ensuring on-time completion.
- Maintain a master regulatory calendar of response windows and filing deadlines.
- Represent the Health Plan function in go-live planning and readiness activities for new center openings.
