Requirements
- 3 or more years of people management experience leading technical customer-facing teams such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management.
- Previous experience working as a Solutions Engineer or in a comparable technical pre- or post-sales role.
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Ability to explain large language models and AI product concepts to technical and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success in building a functional team from scratch rather than inheriting one.
- Experience designing scalable programs, processes, and playbooks.
- Ability to work hands-on in strategic customer engagements.
- Proven experience translating technical complexity into business value for executive buyers.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish the Solutions Engineering function at Scribe by defining processes, scope, and playbooks.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a founding team of Solutions Engineers.
- Deliver proof of concepts that connect platform capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Act as the primary bridge between Go-to-Market and Product leadership.
- Build reusable demo assets and technical narratives to ensure consistent customer outcomes.
- Monitor team performance data to evolve the function as the product grows.
