Job Details

7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Deep expertise in React Native with a solid grasp of native iOS and Android layers.
Proven track record of solving complex, cross-cutting problems spanning multiple platforms or teams.
Experience leading major technical initiatives focusing on performance, reliability, or developer velocity.
Ability to define clear, executable plans from high-level, ambiguous goals.
Strong collaborative and coaching skills to elevate engineering output across the team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional technical alignment.
Experience shipping and maintaining reliable, high-performance mobile features at scale.
Familiarity with instrumentation and monitoring tools like Amplitude or Datadog is a plus.
Background in sports, fantasy gaming, or high-stakes transactional flows is highly desirable.

Build and scale core parts of the mobile and web apps in React Native, covering entry building, review, placement, and tracking.
Investigate and resolve critical issues in the React Native client and implement guardrails to prevent recurrence.
Lead design reviews for initiatives across iOS, Android, and React Native clients, identifying trade-offs and risks.
Partner with backend, product, and design teams on betting workflows including placement, confirmation, and history.
Translate ambiguous, cross-team goals into concrete, milestone-driven project plans.
Utilize product analytics, error dashboards, and session data to validate performance and prevent regressions.
Coach engineers on design reasoning and develop reusable patterns for broader team adoption.
Anticipate and mitigate risks in shared systems to protect customer experience.
