Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack production experience.
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and NoSQL.
- Experience building in modern cloud-native environments and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong system-design instincts with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Experience building accessible web applications (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Proficiency in using AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code or Copilot.
- Proven track record of technical direction and mentoring on distributed teams.
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android) alongside React Native preferred.
- Familiarity with tRPC, Pulumi, and Better Auth preferred.
- Experience tuning data access across relational, NoSQL, and search systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the launch and post-launch process of the React Native companion app.
- Work cross-functionally with web, API, and design teams to extend the platform to mobile.
- Ship full-stack features from design to production using TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
- Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and improve team development practices.
- Weigh architectural trade-offs to balance business goals with engineering reliability.
- Monitor system health, handle incidents, and maintain instrumentation.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and internal tooling.
