Responsibilities
- Take care of customer needs by proactively identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal issues.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.
- Manage and update existing policyholder accounts and service requests.
- Develop deep expertise in insurance products and the company app to provide trusted guidance.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Provide product feedback to the team to help drive feature development.
