Responsibilities
- Take comprehensive care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, discounts, and renewal updates.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, and motorcycle policies.
- Assist existing policyholders with necessary policy changes and account management.
- Develop deep expertise in insurance products and the Jerry app to provide trusted guidance to customers.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Process various service requests including vehicle, driver, lienholder, and policy document updates.
- Provide actionable product feedback to the team to help improve the user experience.
