Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain or hold a P&C insurance license (company will pay for the license if not currently held).
- Must reside in one of the approved locations for employment.
Responsibilities
- Take proactive care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal issues.
- Answer inbound calls for customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.
- Assist existing policyholders with necessary changes to their accounts.
- Deeply understand the insurance product panel to provide accurate recommendations for each customer.
- Navigate and master the company app to provide efficient service.
- Process service requests regarding vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.
- Provide actionable product feedback to the team to improve the user experience.
