Requirements

- Residency in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
- Answer inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policy shoppers and existing policyholders.
- Build expertise on the insurance product panel to match customers with appropriate coverage.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and their required coverage.
- Process service requests including vehicle changes, driver updates, and policy documents.
- Contribute to product improvements by providing actionable user feedback.
