- Ability to work a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.

- Connect with inbound shoppers who initiated contact via the app to establish trust.
- Uncover policy nuances, coverage gaps, and hidden discounts across 55+ carrier options.
- Translate complex insurance details into clear, easy-to-understand choices for customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and hesitations with patience and empathy.
- Guide customers through finalizing their ideal insurance policy.
