Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy and care.
- Educate customers by uncovering savings and coverage gaps, translating complex policy details into clear choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
- Navigate customer hesitation with empathy to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with the product team.
