- Residency in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Ability to obtain a P&C license within 2 weeks of starting (costs fully covered by the company).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy and care.
- Uncover savings or coverage gaps to translate complex policy details into clear choices for customers.
- Craft tailored policy packages across Jerry’s panel of 55+ carrier partners.
- Address customer hesitation with empathy to ensure a smooth, transparent purchasing experience.
- Provide direct feedback to the product team to help refine the app and service offerings.
