Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Sales mindset and metrics driven.
- Outgoing personality with professionalism and strong work ethics.
- Must live in Indiana.
- Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow.
- Discuss window and door needs with potential customers.
- Share product information and differentiate the company's offerings.
- Schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.
- Document and track all set appointments accurately.
- Manage a high volume of calls while multitasking through various systems.
