Requirements
- Active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of residence.
- Certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
- 1 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a schedule of 8:30am-5:00pm EST.
- Access to internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
- Dedicated home workspace free from interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
Responsibilities
- Process sales and invoices to ensure timely and accurate customer orders.
- Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence.
- Perform calculations to compile and report sales statistics.
- Conduct research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends.
- Communicate with internal departments to confirm order status and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records.
