Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong active listening skills and genuine empathy.
- Must be able to obtain a P&C (Property & Casualty) license within 2 weeks of starting.
- Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy and care.
- Educate customers on coverage gaps and translate complex policy details into clear choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
- Address customer hesitation with empathy to ensure a smooth, transparent purchasing experience.
- Share direct customer feedback with the product team to refine app and service offerings.
