Responsibilities
- Take care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, discounts, and policy renewal alerts.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Manage service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Develop deep product expertise to match insurance offerings to customer needs.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage.
- Provide product feedback to the internal team to help improve features and services.
