- Proven background in retail or service-oriented roles (e.g., Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, Costco).
- Ability to obtain required insurance license (training and exam costs covered by the company).
- Strong communication and hospitality skills to create an incredible customer experience.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a 100% remote work setting.
- Commitment to a fixed full-time schedule (choose between five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days).
- Current residency in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Complete company-provided training and attain required insurance licensing.
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process using an inbound lead model.
- Compare quotes from 55+ insurance carriers to help customers find coverage fitting their budget.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions that instill confidence in their insurance choices.
- Finalize insurance policies directly for customers.
