- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (company will provide funding).
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, and other insurance policies.
- Help policyholders manage existing policies and insurance needs.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products to help customers select appropriate coverage.
- Process service requests, including updates to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Identify coverage gaps and discount opportunities to proactively assist customers.
- Analyze and report customer feedback to help improve the product.
