- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound customers who started their search in the app.
- Uncover policy nuances, discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options.
- Listen to customer needs and provide clear, tailored insurance advice.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and empathy.
- Help customers finalize insurance policies directly.
