Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of service.
- Ability to complete P&C license within 2 weeks of starting (costs fully funded by company).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
- Uncover savings or coverage gaps to translate complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across our 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
- Listen to customer hesitation with empathy, addressing concerns directly to ensure a smooth, transparent purchasing experience.
- Share direct feedback with our product team to continuously refine our app and service offerings.
