- Comfort working in a high-energy, consultative environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy and care.
- Educate customers by uncovering savings or coverage gaps and translating complex policies into clear options.
- Craft tailored policy packages from a panel of 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
- Listen to customer hesitation and address concerns to ensure a transparent purchasing experience.
- Provide direct feedback to the product team to help refine the Jerry app and service offerings.
