TICO certification, or willingness to obtain the certification.
Accident and Sickness insurance license is considered an asset.
Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills.
Ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, address objections, and close sales.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn and retain detailed product and policy information.
Comfortable working with technology, AI-enabled tools, data-driven systems, and cloud-based platforms.

Provide professional and responsive telephone support to e-commerce and insurance customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend the most appropriate insurance products or suitable alternatives.
Educate prospective customers about available coverage, explain product options, prepare accurate quotes, and close sales.
Address customer questions and concerns with empathy and confidence while guiding prospects toward a purchase decision.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, services, policies, and changes to ensure accurate customer guidance.
Accurately enter customer information and update existing policy details as required.
Deliver a consistently positive customer experience while working toward sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Use AI-enabled tools, data analytics, machine learning, and cloud-based systems responsibly.
