Requirements
- Hands-on experience building or working with AI agents (required).
- Comfort with leading model providers and agent frameworks.
- Demonstrated track record of picking up new technical tools quickly.
- Strong financial modeling skills gained in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance.
- Working knowledge of automation, APIs, SQL, or Python.
- Ability to build analysis from loosely defined business questions.
- Sharp judgment on balancing precision and speed in financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and operational drivers.
- Strong, confident communication skills for senior leadership interaction.
Responsibilities
- Partner with FP&A Engineer to design and ship next-generation planning, forecasting, and reporting infrastructure.
- Build and extend agents using internal frameworks and control planes to automate FP&A workflows.
- Help shape architecture for data automation and model guardrails.
- Develop driver-based models across revenue, gross profit, headcount, operating expenses, and cash.
- Lead scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and ROI work for strategic business decisions.
- Own and continuously improve forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Translate complex data analysis into executive-ready insights and action items.
- Partner with Accounting and BI teams to ensure models accurately reflect business operations.
