Requirements
- Approximately 8–10 years of agency experience.
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical product and corporate communications.
- Solid understanding of regulatory considerations in healthcare.
- Experience across disease awareness, data and regulatory milestones, corporate reputation, and branded campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the integrated communications landscape.
- Understanding of how digital, creative, strategy, and analytics integrate into account operations.
- Superb management skills and experience motivating and inspiring colleagues.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day lead across key accounts, setting direction and ensuring delivery of high-impact, insight-driven work.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, providing clear, confident counsel in both day-to-day and high-stakes situations.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively evolve programs to drive measurable business and reputation outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand scope within existing clients and partner across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Own the operational, financial, and team health of assigned accounts, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to organic growth and new business efforts, including pitch development.
- Support DE&I programming through deliberate and actionable leadership.
- Lead, develop, and coach the team, ensuring career development and satisfaction.
