Job Details

6+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or program management, ideally in SaaS or hospitality tech.
Proven track record managing complex, multi-location implementations (50+ concurrent projects / 500+ sites) from contract to rollout.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams while driving measurable customer and business outcomes.
Executive presence and polished communication skills, comfortable engaging VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
Ability to operate with autonomy, ownership, and urgency while navigating ambiguity.
Skilled in project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
Analytical and solution-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate risks.
Customer-obsessed, collaborative, and motivated by delivering exceptional enterprise experiences.

Serve as the primary owner and trusted advisor for the end-to-end onboarding experience from MSA signature through full rollout.
Operate with high autonomy to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
Oversee a portfolio of 50+ concurrent enterprise implementations, managing every phase of each project lifecycle.
Act as the central communication hub for onboarding, delivering transparent updates and driving proactive solutions.
Influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels with executive presence.
Foster collaborative relationships across teams to ensure accountability and seamless handoffs.
Anticipate and mitigate project risks through critical thinking.
Develop and refine frameworks and playbooks to improve onboarding efficiency and quality.
Apply disciplined project management using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Asana.
