Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressively responsible experience in digital learning, instructional design, learning technologies, or LMS management.
  • Advanced expertise designing and developing interactive digital learning solutions using Articulate Storyline, Canvas, or comparable platforms.
  • Advanced experience administering and supporting learning management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital accessibility standards (WCAG and Section 508).
  • Proven experience leading complex digital learning initiatives and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience providing senior-level consultation on learning technologies, accessibility, and implementation strategies.
  • Experience with LMS reporting, learner analytics, SCORM/xAPI, and digital credentialing.
  • Experience developing best practices, quality assurance processes, and frameworks for digital learning.
  • Experience mentoring staff and providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert and strategic advisor for digital learning, eLearning development, learning management systems, instructional design, adult learning, accessibility, and learning technologies.
  • Establish, implement, and continuously improve standards, frameworks, templates, best practices, and quality assurance processes for digital learning.
  • Lead the strategy, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of interactive digital learning solutions using Articulate Storyline.
  • Direct LMS configurations, including course environments, SCORM/xAPI integrations, reporting, certificates, and digital credentials.
  • Lead accessibility practices based on WCAG and Section 508 principles, conducting reviews and guiding remediation throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Oversee learner data quality, tracking, reporting, and system workflows to support program evaluation and decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and mentor staff in digital learning development and instructional design.
