Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- Advanced Agile certification such as ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP.
- 7–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex enterprise environments.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in an Agile development environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Sufficient knowledge to facilitate technical planning and story estimation in Salesforce and Agentforce.
- Experience creating technical documentation, requirements, and user stories.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and manage the sprint backlog in coordination with the Product Owner.
- Track team performance, velocity, and sprint progress to report to stakeholders.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team productivity.
- Facilitate communication between development teams, government stakeholders, and mission partners.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies involving Salesforce platforms, Data Cloud, and CI/CD gates.
- Support technical planning and story estimation within Salesforce and Agentforce environments.
