Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with setting up donor and volunteer management solutions.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, donor relations, and volunteer management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to attend weekly standup meeting (conference call with desktop/ laptop access for screen sharing).
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure a donor and volunteer management app within Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
- Ensure a smooth implementation of the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).
- Customize fields, workflows, and reports to meet specific needs.
- Integrate the app with existing tools and data systems.
- Train staff on using the app effectively for managing donor and volunteer information.
- Ensure data security and compliance with nonprofit standards.
