Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
- 3+ years in a senior/lead/managerial Salesforce position.
- Strong experience managing Salesforce teams and/or Salesforce delivery functions.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, transformation projects, or major platform enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and data models.
- Experience with Salesforce development concepts including Apex, Lightning, APIs, and integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance.
- Experience managing Agile delivery teams and working with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Salesforce projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Manage and coordinate Salesforce developers, administrators, consultants, architects, and external partners.
- Define and maintain the Salesforce roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and platform performance.
- Establish and maintain Salesforce governance, development standards, security practices, and best practices.
- Manage delivery timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources.
