Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience solving complex use cases.
- Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experience.
- Solid understanding of the full Salesforce platform and its architecture.
- Client-facing experience in project management, discovery, design, and delivering solution options.
- Experience writing user stories with estimation/sizing and release planning.
- Certified Salesforce.com Admin.
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a strong team player and flexibility to change.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers as a Senior Consultant, owning functional delivery and execution.
- Provide industry best practices and act as a trusted client advisor.
- Leverage Salesforce and Amazon platforms to translate business requirements into scalable designs.
- Lead requirements gathering and act as the platform expert.
- Own client and team onboarding, define user personas, and manage the backlog.
- Write and groom user stories, and decompose them into actionable tasks.
- Lead 3–4 managed services engagements concurrently, tracking budget, timelines, and resources.
- Perform routine and complex Salesforce configuration and enhancements.
- Coach and mentor junior functional and technical team members.
