Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, technical content creation, or learning development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own content initiatives from concept through production and delivery.
- Strong foundation in instructional design and structuring learning experiences around measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing multimedia content production workflows, including video, interactive content, and visual design.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for diverse learner profiles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholder review cycles.
- Proficiency with modern content creation and learning management tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, or Notion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote and asynchronous environment.
- Experience in cybersecurity or open-source technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation workflows is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned content projects end-to-end, covering learning design, production, quality review, publishing, and LMS delivery.
- Design structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs tailored to different learner personas and skill levels.
- Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy to create content with clear and measurable learning outcomes.
- Manage relationships with subject matter experts across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure technical accuracy.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
- Manage production workflows, including scripting, multimedia development, review cycles, and publishing.
- Maintain accountability for content quality, instructional effectiveness, and tone consistency.
- Leverage AI tools and methodologies to improve content production, workflows, and operational efficiency.
