Requirements
- Proven experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or a call centre environment
- Clear, warm, and conversational spoken English suitable for Australian customers
- Genuinely coachable and able to adjust immediately to feedback
- High energy, active listener, and warm by nature
- Reliable high-speed internet (min 50 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up) with backup connection
- Dedicated quiet workspace with dual monitors or ultrawide screen and a good quality headset
- Available to work set Perth/Manila time hours Monday to Friday
- Automotive or car-care sales knowledge (desirable)
- Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform (desirable)
- Track record of closing sales over the phone (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Call and text inbound leads immediately upon receipt
- Build rapport using a proven script and conversation flow
- Book qualified leads into the client calendar
- Take deposits over the phone where possible
- Confirm upcoming appointments to minimize no-shows
- Handle callbacks and follow-ups throughout the shift
- Log every call, outcome, and note accurately in the CRM and Slack
- Hit daily call and booking targets consistently
