Requirements
- Software engineering background with demonstrated ability to build and code.
- 2–4 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a closely related role.
- Proven experience shipping software end-to-end.
- Proficiency with AI and LLMs, including comfortable use of Claude for building.
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience including backlog ownership and writing specifications.
- Data literacy including ability to query data using SQL.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, software architecture, and modern product development.
- Strong product sense for prioritization and user needs assessment.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders including clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product features and new products from idea to shipped, setting the roadmap and prioritizing development.
- Build dashboards, internal tools, and automations hands-on, leveraging AI-assisted building with Claude.
- Translate client and operational needs into working solutions, including writing specs, prototyping, and refining.
- Manage Agile workflows with engineering, including backlog maintenance and cycle management.
- Identify and conceptualize new products and features.
- Execute feedback loops with clients and internal teams using data and product metrics to validate builds.
