Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally at the mid to senior level.
- Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development processes.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling or technical requirements gathering.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience working alongside engineering teams to understand architectural decisions and tradeoffs.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve personal productivity and work outputs.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals and market demands.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Engage with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, architectural decisions, and feature tradeoffs.
- Define detailed product requirements including user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
- Scope and evaluate AI-powered capabilities to ensure user value and dependable product experiences.
- Conduct user research and engage directly with key customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools for writing, analysis, and prototyping to improve discovery and insights.
