Requirements
- Valid LCSW license in good standing in Massachusetts.
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- At least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
- Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools.
- Solid grasp of mental health diagnoses.
- Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency preferred).
- Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office for confidential virtual sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population.
- Conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies.
