Requirements
- Active Maryland license (LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred; LGPC or LCPC considered).
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health discipline.
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong understanding of social work values, advocacy, equity, and client-centered care.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy through secure telehealth.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
- Develop strengths-based, client-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and care team members.
- Support care coordination, resource linkage, and family education.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the EHR.
- Partner with families to create sustainable change.
