Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Current RRT license.
- Prior experience training or educating healthcare professionals (preferred).
- Prior experience in the medical device industry in a clinical specialist role (highly preferred).
- In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products (preferred).
- Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training materials.
- Must obtain and maintain required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing.
- Ability to travel overnight (60%).
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Sentec products to support company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to coordinate and deliver onsite and virtual customer training and education.
- Develop a common understanding of technology across care providers and articulate clinical and economic value.
- Participate in product evaluations and installations.
- Assess training needs and provide hands-on instruction regarding product maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide comprehensive education to drive optimal bedside technology usage in new and existing accounts.
