Job Details

5+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex B2B SaaS or sophisticated digital products
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction and visual design craft
Proven experience simplifying complex workflows, data-rich interfaces, or configuration-heavy products
Strong product judgment with the ability to participate in defining product features
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments to move from problem to concrete interaction model
Experience running independent usability research and conducting direct customer interviews
Strong systems thinking capabilities for complex product modeling
Bias toward prototyping and tangible idea exploration
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high craft bar through implementation
Experience partnering with engineers to manage technical constraints and design tradeoffs

Own product design from problem framing through research, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, implementation, and iteration
Design new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration to help users understand, guide, and trust autonomous software
Simplify complex B2B workflows including configuration, integrations, system states, and permissions
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems and solutions collaboratively
Prototype early and often using Figma and AI/code-based tools to test interactions
Run customer usability sessions to inform design decisions and iterate on product experiences
Move between systems-level thinking and detailed UI execution, including design QA to ensure high-quality shipping
Evolve design systems and reusable interaction patterns as the product scales
