Requirements

  • 6+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio spanning commerce and engagement-driven experiences.
  • Mobile-first design track record with a focus on conversion.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component creation, auto-layout, and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of technical constraints such as browser behavior, APIs, and data models.
  • Deep fluency in WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards.
  • Solid foundation in design theory and interaction principles.
  • Experience using A/B testing and session recording tools like Hotjar or FullStory.
  • Ability to manage work against a roadmap and communicate design rationale clearly.
  • Experience designing complex workflows or multi-user journeys.
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into testable hypotheses and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and iteration.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end UX for assigned product areas, from early concept through final Figma handoff.
  • Evolve design system patterns and component standards, partnering with engineering to maintain consistency.
  • Design conversion-optimized experiences across product discovery, consideration, cart, and checkout.
  • Create engagement-first features, such as quizzes and party coordination tools.
  • Partner with engineering on technical constraints, including component libraries, APIs, and microservices.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align digital experiences with brand identity.
  • Conduct design reviews, usability sessions, and research synthesis to ground decisions in user behavior.
  • Implement WCAG accessibility standards across all design work.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify friction and iterate on design experiments.
