- Strong portfolio demonstrating process and execution for consumer-facing mobile products.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI as part of the design toolkit for exploration and prototyping.
- Strong visual and graphic design skills.
- Ability to take solutions from concept to execution.
- Strong communication skills for presenting design thinking to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across Growth and Promotions product areas from strategy to launch.
- Simplify complex growth and rewards mechanics into intuitive user experiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to turn strategy into high-quality products.
- Collaborate with Promo Ops and Creative Marketing to align external campaigns with in-product experiences.
- Drive design decisions using customer insights and data, balancing experimentation with product craft.
- Deliver high-quality interaction design, visual execution, and prototyping.
- Identify opportunities beyond the immediate roadmap to help shape future product development.
