Requirements
- 5 years of combined experience in supply chain operations management and logistics in an e-commerce company.
- Proven experience in an e-commerce/Amazon FBA and FBM environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within a startup company culture.
- Advanced level of Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate reordering forecasts in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate end-to-end shipments with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL warehouses.
- Oversee purchase order management and negotiate freight, logistics, and vendor contracts.
- Design and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Lead and oversee Customer Service teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Monitor and track key supply chain and customer service KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
