Requirements
- 5+ years working in a SaaS environment.
- 3+ years working with WorkForce Software (WFS) in an implementation capacity.
- Certified in WorkForce Functional Implementations.
- Certified in WorkForce Configuration.
- Proven experience leading implementations from beginning to end.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on video calls.
- Demonstrated experience across verticals such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Manufacturing, or Retail.
- FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute project planning and analysis.
- Manage projects through the implementation lifecycle.
- Document detailed configuration requirements.
- Configure WorkForce Software according to client specifications.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing sessions.
- Coordinate deployment activities and provide product training.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor junior consultants and serve as a technical expert.
