Fluency in Tagalog and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience in the FX/CFD and online trading industry is strongly preferred.
Proven client-focused approach with excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade for mutually beneficial outcomes.
Dynamic, self-motivated, and competitive mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel for business meetings and conferences.

Develop assigned territory by converting leads into clients and establishing new and existing business relationships.
Actively prospect for trading professionals across social platforms, forums, and professional communities.
Identify and execute local marketing strategies to promote the company and its products.
Assist in the onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, and Money Managers in coordination with customer support.
Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create effective sales content.
Negotiate partnership terms and ensure retention and reactivation of clients and partners.
Monitor affiliate performance to ensure KPIs are met and optimize activities.
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to provide feedback to management.
Maintain high standards of due diligence in accordance with the regulatory framework and company ethics.
Travel to industry conferences and business meetings as required.
