Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or process improvement.
- Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash and Lead-to-Revenue business processes.
- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow documentation, and business requirements gathering.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying operational trends and diagnosing challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities independently.
- Experience supporting Salesforce.com environments (preferred).
- Experience with CPQ or CLM technologies (preferred).
- Knowledge of Revenue Operations best practices and KPI development.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize end-to-end revenue processes from lead generation through renewal and expansion.
- Identify process bottlenecks and adoption challenges, recommending practical solutions for scalability.
- Lead process mapping initiatives and maintain current and future-state workflows.
- Gather and document business requirements for process and reporting initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure project outcomes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable performance insights.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and user documentation.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption of new workflows.
