Requirements
- Professional experience as a Senior Java Developer, Tech Lead, or Software Engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Solid experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures.
- Practical experience with unit and integration testing.
- Experience with Git and Gitflow.
- Experience with Docker and Jenkins or comparable CI/CD technologies.
- Strong knowledge of AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, Fargate, ECS, RDS, SQS, SNS, Secrets Manager, ElastiCache/Redis).
- Good understanding of SOLID principles and software architecture best practices.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
- Ability to integrate and enable interoperability between technology platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical evolution of digital products, balancing business needs, technical quality, scalability, and user experience.
- Design, develop, and evolve backend services and applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Contribute to architectural decisions within microservices-based environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define, design, prioritize, and deliver new features.
- Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into clear solutions.
- Follow services throughout their lifecycle, including conception, development, testing, release, and support.
- Ensure compliance with engineering, architecture, security, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Apply agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban to support iterative delivery.
- Promote engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, version control, CI/CD, and containerization.
