Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial development experience.
- 1+ year of experience managing engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on full-stack development expertise.
- Experience building end-to-end product architecture (mobile, web, and backend).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router), Node.js, and NestJS.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (complex queries, indexing, large datasets).
- Understanding of iOS development lifecycle, StoreKit, and subscription management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Fastlane.
- Experience with product analytics (e.g., Amplitude) and A/B testing.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Sentry or Grafana.
- Demonstrated experience using AI in the software development process.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute technical strategy aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement end-to-end technical architecture for mobile and web products.
- Manage and mentor development teams including iOS, Backend, AI, and QA engineers.
- Optimize engineering processes including planning, estimation, and release cycles.
- Integrate AI/LLM technologies into development workflows and products.
- Provide technical expertise for product decision-making and business-side requirements.
