Requirements
- 7+ years of repeated success on a variety of projects.
- Experience leading high-stakes consulting engagements from discovery to production.
- Proficiency with languages and frameworks such as Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL.
- Ability to leverage AI-assistive development tools for scaffolding, refactoring, and debugging.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered features like recommendation engines, NLP models, or predictive analytics.
- Proven skill in using automated testing and refactoring pre-existing code.
- Experience collaborating with teams using Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD.
- Ability to address architecture-level concerns including scalability, security, and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills for empathic stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Make immediate contributions to projects and build trust with clients.
- Work pragmatically to balance technology choices while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Lead architecture and software design discussions.
- Collaborate on systems involving the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Generate new potential solutions to technical and non-technical challenges in partnership with team members.
- Lead formal feedback conversations via retrospectives.
- Articulate outcomes and drive forward action items.
- Manage high-level project roadmaps and maintain relationships with client technical leaders.
