Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable commercial experience.
- 5+ years of professional project management experience, including leadership of internal teams and direct communication with enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, planning, risk management, financial control, and delivery optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to improvise, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions in changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality, timelines, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to lead and motivate project contributors.
- Comfortable working with global teams, external partners, and clients across different regions and working hours.
- PMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is considered an advantage.
- Experience in localization, technology, AI, content, or other complex service environments would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects end-to-end, applying strong project management practices to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage client expectations by establishing realistic agreements aligned with project requirements, feasibility, timelines, and available resources.
- Own project financial performance, including budgets, invoicing, vendor selection, payments, profitability, and ongoing financial monitoring.
- Plan project activities, establish effective workflows, and implement best practices that improve delivery quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, project structures, and ways of working.
- Lead and coordinate Localization Leads/Engineers while aligning the activities of internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with enterprise clients and internal teams through meetings, presentations, written updates, and regular project reviews.
- Facilitate client and internal conference calls, ensuring decisions, actions, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly understood.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, process guides, and other materials required to support consistent execution.
- Conduct project risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential issues before they affect delivery.
- Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA) when required.
- Support strategic planning and ensure project activities remain aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
