Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Higher Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects, preferably within Higher Education.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing Student Information Systems (SIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Higher Education business processes, including Student Lifecycle, Admissions, Registration, Academic Records, Finance, and Student Services.
  • Demonstrated experience leading full project lifecycles, from discovery and planning through implementation, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders, project budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Higher Education institutions, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while coordinating cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, and client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong executive-level relationships.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure successful coordination between internal teams (Implementation, Development, Support, and Sales) and client representatives.
  • Manage project budgets, change requests, project documentation, and contractual deliverables.
  • Drive client satisfaction by ensuring successful project execution and a smooth transition to post-implementation support.
  • Promote best practices in project management methodologies, governance, and continuous process improvement.
