Requirements
- 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in SAP program or project management.
- Solid understanding of SAP ECC (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
- Familiarity with technology concepts including S/4HANA, ABAP, Basis, and Security.
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM.
- Proficiency in project management and communication tools like MS Project, Salesforce, and MS Office.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal influence skills.
- Ability to build and scale project management processes for ambiguous areas.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support the full lifecycle of ERP projects, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
- Facilitate insights from subject matter experts to create achievable project plans and schedules.
- Engage with onshore and offshore project teams to accomplish project goals.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders timely.
- Deliver project objectives within the agreed-upon schedule and budget.
- Identify and escalate project risks, dependencies, and critical path items.
- Facilitate regular progress meetings and enforce organizational standards.
