Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years experience owning client relationships with a track record of driving growth and expansion.
- Experience selling managed-service campaigns supported by data-driven decisioning.
- Knowledgeable and articulate across multiple media vehicles.
- Ability to communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels, including executive audiences.
- Quantitative background with a solid understanding of finance, data, and analytics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation.
- Strong ability to assess client needs and create articulate internal briefs.
- Proven ability to collaborate across various functions and teams to build workable strategies.
- Growth mindset and openness to coaching.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive high annual revenue growth by scaling existing solutions or introducing new ones to enterprise clients.
- Navigate complex internal and external stakeholder environments to deliver measurable business impact.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through horizontal leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Advocate for custom solutions that address client short- and long-term business needs.
- Build long-term relationships with key client constituents while managing expectations.
- Identify and resolve obstacles in partnership with shared service teams.
- Own end-to-end contracting processes, including pilot extensions, renewals, and ongoing negotiations.
